Katy,
From the snparm description, PWTR will plot the precipitable water calculated
up to the level specified in LEVEL, eg LEVEL=300 would
be precipitable water up to 300 millibars. For precipitable
water to the top of the sounding, use LEVEL=TOP.
You may want to scale the values for readability (snparm=pwtr*100 for example).
