I haven't forgotten about your problem. I contacted the French weather service 
but I didn't get their tables.ugh... At 
one point you mentioned that you knew what the parameters were for the missing 
ones. So you could create your own table
and read it into the IDV or the Grib package. It's not that difficult, here's
