Resumption of TAMDAR data

MADIS aircraft dataset users,

For government users, full TAMDAR data from the PenAir, Mesaba, and
Chautauqua fleets are once again available through July 17, 2009, COB
Mountain time.  After that, per the contract between the NWS and the
provider of the data, data will stop until a thinned version providing
only selected data is made available around the beginning of August.
