Lack of Meteosat-7 data

Due to problems external SSEC, we not received any Meteosat-7 data (or
Met-5 LX sectors), since 1459UTC.

The ground station is currently looking into the problem. There is no
estimated up-time at this point.

The Met-7 data stream is coming in again as of 1730UTC.
