Good Morning,

I'm receiveing Level3 data for KDYX, but no Level2 data since
yesterday. 

What are the procedures for dealing with this sort of problem?  Who do we
(the .edu community) report outages to?  I suspect this may be a NWS
problem.

Also, is there an open alternative to the feed status map that IRADS
has?  That was a nice troubelshooting tool while it was open to everybody.
