[CONDUIT #ZQK-343871]: GFS files missing from the queue

It is most likely that the fields you are looking for were missing from
the feed that originates at NCEP and is then relayed in the IDD
CONDUIT feed.  NCEP has been informed about the problem of missing
fields, and they have been investigating the problem(s).
