[CONDUIT #JUS-687416]: GFS model data source

This is correct.  The source of the fields you are currently getting
are the CONDUIT feed.

I do _not_ understand why circumstances would not allow REQUESTing
and receiving CONDUIT but still allow REQUESTing/receiving other
LDM/IDD datastreams.  Can you explain this?
