There's a major network outage at NCEP. As of 16:30Z, they are failing over to Boulder with services that are down...as many as they can, anyway.

There seem to be some system-wide problems with CONDUIT. We did not receive any 2017100312 GFS CONDUIT data and apparently Unidata hasn't either. I'm hoping NCEP folks might comment. Apparently the last product Unidata got was
