[LDM #BXP-294837]: How to make a change in ldmd.conf

Here is the REQUEST line that a user at CSU reported worked for him:

REQUEST CONDUIT "(ge[cp][0-9][0-9]).t[0-2][0-9]z.*" upstream.host.name
