[CONDUIT #HGF-659268]: setting up new CONDUIT feed

Yes.  I think it is time to implement the switch.

Yes.

Given some very recent developments, I would like have the option of
modifying the list of sites that are ALLOWed to REQUEST data from the
toplevels.  In order to do this, it would be most helpful to get
a copy of the current ~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf file(s) that is(are)
in-place on the test machines so we can review the ALLOWs.

Will getting the ldmd.conf file(s) be possible before the switch?
