[Support #POB-117727]: Re: NAM 218, NAM-AK 242 in GRIB-2

Pete,

CONDUIT carries the GFS 0.5 degree, Ensemble, RUC 20km and AWIP 12 files in 
GRIB2. The
other data sets are still GRIB1 as have always been. We will of course have to 
begin
the transition where grib2 are added and grib1 are removed.
