Re: missed GFS 1 degree data from CONDUIT



Jerry/Steve,

Has it been primarily on the 06 UTC runs?  

I just checked and all of my machines starting with f5 and the 
others that pull the 1 deg gfs from f5 are short on many of
the 06 UTC GFS files, as yours are. 

That run is coming in around the same time that the backup software 
runs on f5, maybe that is the culprit?  I'm going to change the time 
of the backup run to try to better fit between gfs runs and see if that
helps tonight.

Also, did you lose data on the weekend (060730/31) when my backup job
didn't run? If not, that is almost certainly the problem.
