[AWIPS #SZJ-931345]: error starting ldmd on local edex system

Hello,

We were just made aware of this bug and are working on a release to fix the 
issue. In the mean time, you can remove the "ANY" from line 763 like you did. 

You will also want to update line 219 (NPP/VIIRS Polar Products) to:
NOTHER  ^(TI[A-Q]...) (KNES) (......)


And then run:
ldmadmin pqactcheck (to see if the syntax is correct) 
and then:
ldmadmin pqactHUP
