[AWIPS #KEP-983436]: EDEX filled up the disk

Hello,

So far that sounds good. Before you start up ldm, check your disk to see if 
EDEX was able to free up space? If it's still pretty full you may have to may 
have to manually remove some of the raw or processed data if the purge process 
got stuck which can happen with a lot of data.

Also, what to you see when you run the following command as the awips user?

psql metadata -c "select * from purgejobs where failedcount >0;"
