[AWIPS #WJV-453958]: Model comparisons

The reason you're seeing the cutoff is because GFS20 only covers the 
continental United States.
If you'd like to see more data for GFS you can load the GFS1p0 which has global 
coverage.  For NAM,
we don't currently ingest any global versions of the model, unfortunately.
