[AWIPS #GIO-264742]: Unable to Connect to EDEX Cloud Server



Hi there,

We're sorry you're having troubles. Have you ever been able to connect to EDEX 
on this 
computer before?  Have you been able to connect to EDEX on this or a different 
machine
on this network before?

Are you working from a laptop?  Do you have the ability to take it to another 
network 
(school, work, coffee shop) and try and connect to EDEX to see if you get 
different 
behavior?

Also, lastly, what options are available when you click "Configure firewall and 
security
settings" on that window from the screenshot you sent?
