[AWIPS #XGF-843219]: Product Loading Issue on CAVE

Sorry to hear you are having issues. What OS are you running CAVE on?

Over the past few days and again starting this morning, Jetstream2, the cloud 
platform we host both our public (edex-cloud.unidata.ucar.edu) and beta 
(edex-beta.unidata.ucar.edu) EDEX servers on, is currently experiencing 
technical outages which are outside our control.

Once the systems come back online, I would like you to test stopping CAVE, 
removing caveData 
(http://unidata.github.io/awips2/appendix/common-problems/#removing-cavedata) 
and restarting CAVE to see if that fixes your issues.

I recommend subscribing to our awips-users mailing list where we will provide 
information if there are outages and when they have been resolved. You can
