[AWIPS #XCZ-543179]: BETA V20 - Import GIS Shapefiles

Hi Tom,

Also with this new release we updated how the GIS Import dialog is sized and it 
now has the
ability to be resized by the user.  If you use it could you let me know if 
that's working
better for you now?
