[AWIPS #JFO-634203]: EDEX CAMEL not starting

Hi Pete,

Thanks for the updates. I encourage you to take a look at this article:

And run some of those commands as both the awips user and root. I'm not for 
sure, but if I had to guess you all are continually adding more data to be 
ingested to your EDEX? And since you aren't using the typical LDM ingest, but 
"downloading" the data and then ingesting it, that may have something to do 
with it?
