[AWIPS #IUD-228100]: difficulty installing phython-awips course material

Hey Jim,

I just wanted to share this with you since I was inspired to write it from some 
of our conversations.
We just put out a new AWIPS Tip blog today that's centered around running 
python-awips using our 
CAVE Virtual Machine:

I think you and I have gone over most of the things I have put in the blog, and 
you were pretty much
right there when you had last attempted the process.

This blog has a couple screenshots and recordings though that might be helpful.
