[AWIPS #KHI-664125]: v20 Preferences

Hi Evan,

We just saw the issue you reported for v20:

After you change the preferences, do you make sure to hit "Apply".  If you 
don't hit
that button then the preferences won't be saved, but if you do hit it, they 
should
be saved.
Can you double check on that?
