[AWIPS #LEA-740002]: Model grib - question/help with precip bucket availability in Product Browser

The precipitation products seem to be created differently for different models. 
 This seems to 
be the case both before we (AWIPS/EDEX) gets the data, and how EDEX/CAVE handle 
the data.
Unfortunately it is something neither Tiffany nor I have a good understanding 
of and at this 
point we don't have a great contact to refer you to.
