[AWIPS #YXH-361138]: CaveData missing? (Mac)

The caveData folder should exist in your "home" directory, typically:
 /Users/[username]/Library/caveData

It is case sensitive, with the 'c' being lowercase.
Also, the Library directory is a hidden directory, so in order to see it in
the Finder you need to hit the keys: command+shift+.

As far as the Monterey Beta OS, we've never tested with that, so it could 
create some differences possibly.
