[AWIPS #HHI-539282]: GOES 16 ABI L1b file submittal to LDM via pqinsert question

Hi Peter,

Everything there looks good and labeled correctly, so I'm confused why it's not 
showing up in the menu. Everything on the ingest side seems fine, this problem 
is on the visualization. It sounds like maybe the styleRules file is missing? 
Can you confirm on your EDEX side that the following file exists and attach and 
send it?

/awips2/edex/data/utility/common_static/base/styleRules/goesrCMI-ImageryStyleRules.xml


Also, can you send this file from your CAVE VM? 

/awips2/cave/etc/menus/satellite/goesr/goesrMenu.xml
