Thank you for that.  I believe this is the cause of the error:


awips2-cave-17.1.1-3.el6.x86_64
awips2-cave-wrapper-17.1.1-5.el6.x86_64


I'm not sure why the package "awips2-cave-wrapper" was updated to 17.1.1-5 but "awips2-cave" was not and the 17.1.1-3 version remains installed.  This could be a repo issue on my end, I'll take a look.

Meanwhile, you can fix this with the commands (as root):

yum clean all
yum groupupdate awips2-cave

and if that doesn't work, force that package with 

yum update awips2-cave
