Hi Donna,

Try to set the Layout of your DisplayThreeDimensionalSurface to
BorderLayout and add the DisplayImpl.getComponent() with
BorderLayout.CENTER. If this does not work do the same with the
visadpictureholder. I recognized these resizing problems, too. Since I
am always using BorderLayout I never had this Problems again.
