No, www.ssec.wisc.edu has been up for a couple of months, and I'm able
to connect to it from both inside and outside the campus network.
I can also get to both saic.com and the bellatlantic.net mail server,
so this doesn't appear to be a network problem, either (unless it's
an extremely weird router problem.)
