From the start: compiling

Hi there,

I downloaded VisAD and I am trying to compile it on a Solaris 2.5.1.
I have, working and tested, OpenGL and Java3D and the required Java 1.2 
Beta 3.
When trying make compile this is what I get

My class path includes the complete path to ucar.jar, and to visad
The classes are there but it doesn't see them ...

Any idea
