SUBJECT: Transfer of Hydrologic Services for Franklin County 
          in Arkansas Effective February 5, 2014
Effective Wednesday, February 05, 2014, at 8:00 AM Central 
Standard Time (CST), 1400 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC),
hydrologic service responsibility for river forecast locations
in Franklin County, AR, including Ozark L&D, along the Arkansas
River (location identifier: OZGA4) and Mulberry, along the
Mulberry River (location identifier: MLBA4) will be transferred
to the Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in Tulsa, OK (WFO TSA) from
the WFO in Little Rock, AR (WFO LZK).
Because of this transfer, partners and other users must take 
appropriate action to receive the products listed in Table 1 for
the Arkansas River at Ozark and Mulberry River at Mulberry
forecast points in Franklin County, AR, using the WFO TSA
identifier.
