          McKeever Forecast Location in New York Effective
          September 19, 2013

Effective Thursday, September 19, 2013, at 12 PM Eastern
Daylight Time (EDT), 1600 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC),
hydrologic service responsibility for the river location at
McKeever, NY, along the Moose River (location identifier: MCKN6)
in Herkimer County, NY, will be transferred from Weather
Forecast Office (WFO) Albany, NY, WFO ALY) to the WFO Buffalo,
NY (WFO BUF).

Because of this transfer, users must take appropriate action to
receive the products listed in Table 1 for the Moose River at
McKeever forecast point in Herkermer County, NY, using the BUF
identifier.
