Subject: Soliciting Comments on the Experimental Long Range
River Flood Risk web page through August 31, 2013
Effective on or after March 18, 2013, and continuing through
August 31, 2013, the NWS is seeking user feedback on the
Experimental Long Range River Flood Risk Web page, which displays
long range (3 month) risks of minor, moderate and major river
flooding. Currently, long range flood probabilistic forecasts are
produced by NWS Ensemble Streamflow Prediction (ESP) for
thousands of river and stream forecast locations across the
nation. This web page provides a single, nationally consistent
view of these services.

The Experimental Long Range River Flood Risk Web page is
available at:
http://water.weather.gov/ahps/long_range.php Users are encouraged to provide feedback on this experimental web
page by using the brief survey form available at:
http://www.nws.noaa.gov/survey/nws-survey.php?code=lro For more information, contact: Roham Abtahi
