Attn users of NWSTG / RTH Washington FTP servers:
Our new server systems are now operational. Customers may expect
operational support
for these systems as of 1200 UTC, Thursday December 7, 2006.
The systems URL s are:
ftp://tgdata.nws.noaa.gov
and
http://tgdata.nws.noaa.gov/
NWS will provide support for the Legacy cluster, ptgftp.nws.noaa.gov for
a five week
period, with shutdown of that cluster currently schedule for Thursday,
January 11, 2007.
Operational problems associated with either system should be reported
using normal
operational procedures. Our 24 x 7 contact point is Tech Control.
