SUBJECT:    TIME AND AERIAL CHANGES TO CARIBBEAN AREA FORECAST:
           EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 20 2005

THE AVIATION CARIBBEAN AREA FORECASTS ISSUED BY THE AVIAITON
WEATHER CENTER ARE CURRENTLY ISSUED 2 HOURS 30 MINUTES BEFORE
VALID TIME. BEGINNING TUESDAY DECEMBER 20 2005 AT 1530 UTC... THE
VALID TIMES WILL BE 2 HOURS EARLIER WITH RESPECT TO COORDINATED
UNIVERSAL TIME /UTC/. THE ISSUANCE TIME REMAINS THE SAME. THUS
THE PRODUCT WILL BE VALID 30 MINUTES AFTER ISSUANCE TIME. THE
AFFECTED PRODUCT INFORMATION AND NEW VALID AND OUTLOOK TIMES ARE
AS FOLLOWS:

WMO HEADING FACA20 KKCI
AWIPS HEADING OFAMKC
ISSUED AT 0330 VALID 0400-1600 WITH OUTLOOK 1600-0400 UTC
ISSUED AT 0930 VALID 1000-2200 WITH OUTLOOK 2200-1000 UTC
ISSUED AT 1530 VALID 1600-0400 WITH OUTLOOK 0400-1600 UTC
ISSUED AT 2130 VALID 2200-1000 WITH OUTLOOK 1000-2200 UTC

THE AREAL COVERAGE OF THE AVIATION CARIBBEAN AREA FORECAST WILL
ALSO CHANGE ON DECEMBER 20 2005 AT 1530 UTC SUCH THAT THE
CARIBBEAN AREA FORECAST WILL NOW JOIN AND NOT OVERLAP THE MIAMI
AND DALLAS FT WORTH AREA FORECASTS.  THE FOLLOWING AREAS WILL BE
REMOVED FROM THE CARIBBEAN AREA FORECAST:

FLORIDA AND COASTAL WATERS
SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS AND COASTAL WATERS
SOUTHERN LOUISIANA AND COASTAL WATERS
SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI AND COASTAL WATERS
SOUTHERN ALABAMA AND COASTAL WATERS.

THE TERM COASTAL WATERS ARE THOSE WATERS OUT TO THE BORDERS OF
THE HOUSTON OCEANIC FLIGHT INFORMATION REGION /FIR/...THE MIAMI
OCEANIC FIR...AND THE NEW YORK OCEANIC FIR AS DEPICTED ON
AERONAUTICAL NAVIGATION CHARTS.
