The Critical Weather Day (CWD) has been extended until and expires
18/0000Z (Saturday evening 8pm EDT), 2005 due to the potential impact
of the tropical system, Ophelia, on the mid-Atlantic and
New England coast.

Also, users can get an updated status of CWD for NCEP at the
following URL on the NCEP WEB page:
