PLEASE PASS TO MIC, HIC, ESA, ITO, AND SOO
GOES-EAST AND GOES-WEST TRAFFIC IS ENCOUNTERING DELAYS OF UP TO 45 MINUTES
IN UPLINK TO THE AWIPS SBN DUE TO DELAYS IN SENDING THE TRAFFIC FROM NESDIS
TO THE NCF.  NCF AND NESDIS ARE WORKING TO CLEAR THE DELAY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
MORE INFORMATION WILL BE SENT AS SOON AS IT BECOMES AVAILABLE.
