To all user of METEOSAT data in BUFR code

         in BUFR code for global exchange

Since 28 February 2002, 1200 UTC the METEOSAT data in
BUFR code from the METEOSAT 7 operational service at
0 degrees (T1T2 = IU) and the METEOSAT 5 IODC service
at 63 degrees East (T1T2 = IX) from the Northern (A2 = N)
and Southern hemisphere (A2 = S) are available for global
distribution under the following headings on request:

I(U,X)C(N,S)01-03 EUMS  Clear-sky water vapour winds
I(U,X)C(N,S)05-11 EUMS  Expanded low resolution winds
I(U,X)C(N,S)13-22 EUMS  High resolution water vapour winds
I(U,X)C(N,S)24-29 EUMS  High resolution visible winds
I(U,X)R(N,S)01-26 EUMS  Clear-sky radiances
