Note the information below received from WMO.  The two new guides are
located along with other good documentation such as the guide to GRIB2
and common code tables.

Note, The place to look for "codes" on the WMO page is in the pull down
menu on the top right of the main frame.  It will  initially be titled
"Search by Alphabetic Topics".

"Good news indeed.  The new guide to FM 94 BUFR and FM 95 CREX
written
by Dr Cliff Dey is in the WMO server Web in two parts(layers 1-2 and
layer 3).  WE have included all your remarks.  If I forgotten a name in
the list of contributors, please tell me.
