THE FLWG IS THE ENGLISH PORTION OF A MESSAGE RECD FROM
ENVIRONMENT CANADA CONCERNING CHANGES TO THE FDCN PRODUCTS:

 GENOT NO. 015

 CHANGES TO FDCN BULLETINS

ON MAY 30 2001 FDCN BULLETINS OF UPPER WIND FORECASTS ISSUED BY THE
NWS (USA) AND MSC (CANADA) FOR POINTS IN CANADIAN AIRSPACE WILL BE
MODIFIED AS DESCRIBED BELOW. THE MAIN CHANGE CONSISTS IN THE
ADDITION OF SEVERAL NEW POINTS TO BETTER SERVICE TRANS-POLAR
 INTERNATIONAL AIR ROUTES.

WE ALSO TOOK THIS OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE TWO ADDITIONAL IMPROVEMENTS:

 1. WE UNIFORMIZED FDCN POINT COVERAGE BETWEEN US-PRODUCED
   HIGH-ALTITUDE FDCN, AND CANADIAN-PRODUCED LOW-LEVEL FDCN
   BULLETINS.

 2. FOUR LOCATION IDENTIFIERS WHICH CONFLICTED WITH GROUND STATION
    IDENTIFIERS WERE REPLACED.
