CAROLINA /TABLE 1/ WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE WEATHER FORECAST
OFFICE /WFO/ IN MORRISTOWN /MRX/ TENNESSEE FROM THE MEMPHIS /MEG/
WEATHER FORECAST OFFICE.  THIS SERVICE TRANSFER IS CONSISTENT
WITH THE OVERALL STRATEGIC PLAN OF THE NWS MODERNIZATION EFFORT
AND WILL ENABLE THE MORRISTOWN NWS OFFICE TO TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE
OF ITS INCREASED TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITIES TO PROVIDE AN
ENHANCED LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

BECAUSE OF THESE CHANGES...CUSTOMERS MUST TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION
TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS LISTED IN TABLE 2 USING THE NEW PRODUCT
