NOTE:  THE FOLLOWING CHANGE HAS NO IMPACT ON NOAA WEATHER WIRE
SERVICE SUBSCRIBERS.
 
ON OCTOBER 30 1998...THE NEWS TRANSFERRED FORECAST RESPONSIBILITY
FOR ONE TERMINAL FORECAST /TAF/ AND ONE TRANSCRIBED WEATHER
BROADCAST TEXT /TWEB/ PRODUCT FROM THE NEWS FORECAST OFFICE IN
PHOENIX ARIZONA TO THE NEWS OFFICE IN FLAGSTAFF ARIZONA.  THIS
TRANSFER IS PART OF THE CONTINUING NEWS MODERNIZATION AND
TRANSITION.  THE TAF AND THE TWEB ARE:

WHEN NWSO FLAGSTAFF REQUIRES BACKUP... NWSFO PHOENIX WILL
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPARING THE PULLIAM AIRPORT TAF AND TWEB
#399.
 
THESE CHANGES WERE TRANSPARENT TO ALL USERS OF TAFS AND TWEBS
INCLUDING AFOS USERS...THE FAA AND FAMILY OF SERVICES CUSTOMERS. 
NONE OF THE COMMUNICATION IDENTIFIERS WERE CHANGED.  NO
CHANGES WERE MADE TO THE AFOS IDENTIFIERS...WMO HEADERS NOR
THE COMPOSITION OF THE COLLECTIVES IN WHICH THE FORECASTS ARE
CONTAINED.  TWEB ROUTE #399 CONTINUES TO BE INCLUDED IN THE
COLLECTIVE FRUS31 KWBC.  THE PULLIAM AIRPORT TAF CONTINUES TO BE
INCLUDED IN THE FOLLOWING COLLECTIVES...UNDER THE WORLD
METEOROLOGICAL ORGANIZATION /WMO/ HEADERS LISTED BELOW:
