Subj:   change in WMO header of ADMN9 KWBC            
I got cc: of a memo from Jim Hoke to Ed Gross today (dated Sept. 15, 1993), 
SUBJECT:  Upcoming Change in Header of ADMN9 RWRA (NMC SDM Status Message).

The heading of the ADMN9 RWRA (Senior Duty Meteorologist (SDM) Status Message) 
does not conform to WMO guidelines and has to be changed.  The change in 
heading will occur NO SOONER THAN NOV. 1, 1993.

It continues "You will be informed of the new heading for the ADMN9 RWRA 
message, along with its date of implementation, as soon as the exact details 
have been decided."

This status message is sent on both the Public Products Service and the 
Domestic Data Service of the Family of Services.

Hopefully, Ed will forward this info to you.  This is just a heads-up, FYI, 
from me.  I'll try to keep you informed as I get updates on this.
