          RADIOTHEODOLITE (MICROART) SOFTWARE LOAD VERSION 1.52

********* NOTICE TO UPPER AIR DATA USERS ****************

Implementation of MicroART software load 1.52 has been delayed
one month to OCTOBER 1, 1993.  The 1.52 load was originally
scheduled for September 1, 1993.

The delay is required to ensure the complete formal notification
of the international community of the implementation.  It was not
clear at the time of this memorandum whether all users would be
notified, or have sufficient lead time to react, by the
originally scheduled implementation date.
