Hello everyone,
Over the last week, the NOAAPort signal has dropped over 1 dB, as
confirmed by Jose Nieves in Puerto Rico, and yours truly in the Chicago
area (in English, that's nearly 25%). I've contacted Jami Casamento,
NOAAport's communications engineer, to look into it. If I hear anything,
I'll let you know.
