OK, Just so you know, Selinux wouldn't prevent you from seeing the UDP
packets that should be streaming from the Novra.

Ah Ha!  Looks like your first unit may have some problems, or its internal
IP address somehow got changed.  Can you 'ping' the unit?

Since S75_TEST sniffs the UDP stream coming from the Novra, you
_can_ have multiple instances running at the same time.

I would send a note to the support folks at Novra.  They should be
able to give you some procedures that would test to see if your unit
is still viable, and tell you how to reset it to factory defaults.
