[netcdfgroup] 64-bit Windows

Hi-

I need to build 64-bit applications under Windows that need to link  
with netCDF.  I cannot find any discussion of a 64-bit version of the  
DLL.  v 3.6.3 and C-only is fine for our needs.  I tried to open the  
project in VC++ 2008 and when building got lots of errors pertaining  
to long appearing before __int64 and missing Unix include files.  I am  
hot a Windows developers but surely someone must have done all this  
already?
