[netcdfgroup] DAP to netCDF translation...

The current netcdf snapshot contains code
to access OPeNDAP data sources and to present
the data as if it were a netcdf data source.
It is documented in the netcdf documentation, but
briefly, you can specify a URL to nc_open
and use the nc_get operations to retrieve the contents
associated with that URL.
If any one is feeling adventurous, I would appreciate
any feedback or problem reports.
