   Could you tell me what NCcalc is and where it is used?



I've submitted a lighting energy incentive form to California's PG&E
electric company and they mentioned that they are using

NCcalc to evaluate my lighting calculations.



  It looks like this software is free and somehow linked to NETCDF software.



Is this some kind of proprietary energy software some professor wrote 10
years ago?
