Some of us in NCAR/ATD are designing a netCDF convention for scanning
radars.
We want to represent "polar" data, that is, values for a set of gates,
for a specified antenna angle.
We've looked at the archive of conventions:
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/netcdf/conventions.html
and not found any other scanning radar conventions.
Has anyone established a convention that you'd like to tell us about?
Or, is anyone interested in commenting on our convention?
