UDUNITS on MS-DOS: DJGPP "port"

Folks,

  Just a follow up of my previous message on the MS-DOS port of UDUNITS.  It
turns out that UDUNITS C Library compiles fine under DJGPP (the MS-DOS port
of GNU's cc). I just added a makefile an pre-compiled library to:

  ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/udunits/contrib/msdos.zip

or

  ftp://dao.gsfc.nasa.gov/pub/papers/dasilva/etc/ut_msdos.zip
