Survey: Still using netcdf on a VAX?

Hi.

In ancient times, one of the problems which netcdf was used to address was
data portability between VAXen and other machines. Those who remember know
that this goes beyond the issue of "byte sex" (BIG_ENDIAN vs LITTLE_ENDIAN)
which is still with us.

Hence, a brief and informal survey.

Is it still possible to buy a new machine which has
"VAX Floating Point" architecture? (EG, a VAX?)

Is anyone still using netcdf on a VAX?
If so, what release of which OS are you using?
What compiler?

Please reply directly to me.

Thank you for using netcdf.
